Bethel has been constructing and renovating facilities for four decades. During this period, we have delivered nearly $1 Billion of successfully completed works. These works are diverse in nature and include schools, multifamily housing, medical clinics, recreation & fitness facilities, combat aircraft hangars, firehouses, as well as military command and control facilities. Delivery methods have consisted of both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build.
Facilities have been constructed for local and federal government entities. These include the Federal Aviation Administration, NAVFAC-Southwest, NAVFAC Northwest, NAVFAC-Hawaii, US Coast Guard, USACE-Hawaii, USACE-Alaska, and Alaskan school districts. Project locations range along the west coast from southern California to northwestern Alaska as well as Hawaii. Federal projects were awarded through a combination of competitive small business set aside and 8(a) Direct Award.
Bethel is well capitalized and resourced for this work within the limits of its bonding capacity. Bonding capacity is $100M per project and $250M aggregate. Bethel maintains a professional staff of Construction Managers, multi-disciplinary engineers, and multi-trades craftspeople. We also have extensive relationships with specialty subcontractors throughout the west.
