Bethel provides the following environmental services to support the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) near Anchorage, Alaska, in maintaining compliance with their ADEC Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP), ADEC Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Permit, and Anchorage Water and Wastewater (AWWU) Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit.
Monthly and quarterly storm water outfall and airfield inspections.
Quarterly and annual industrial facility inspections.
Annual Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluations (CSCE) & SWPPP updates.
Annual Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) updates.
Development of MS4 Monitoring Plan (MPP) and Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP).
MSGP and MS4 training.
Annual public education and outreach activities.
Hydrological survey of stream drainage systems on JBER.
Development and annual updates to the Industrial Wastewater Management Plan.
