LO Maintenance Facility Phase II, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska

Design and construction of a hangar with 2 bays supporting low observable (LO) and composite repair maintenance (CRX) required on the F-22 aircraft. This project was designed and is being constructed to meet the Air Force Sustainable Design and Development policy as well as Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

Cordova, Alaska

This project will replace 20 units of existing family housing with 26 units of new housing in Cordova, Alaska. The project will construct 13 duplex structures, including utilities and site improvements, and demolish the existing 5 four-plex housing structures. The project will also provide a new children’s playground shelter and equipment, an exterior playground area, and a handicapped-accessible ramp to the existing housing area’s community building.

This project was designed and is being constructed to meet Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

Las Vegas, Nevada

This project includes the installation of materials and equipment to accomplish the Airport Surface Detection Equipment (ASDE-X) system installation at thirteen sites in and around the McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada. This work includes layout & investigation, excavation & trenching, installation of underground conduit & wire, placing of concrete encasement and antenna bases, installation of conduit and raceway, installation of system specific equipment, and some terminations.

Deering, Alaska

Northwest Arctic School Borough District contracted with Bethel Services to provide all labor and materials necessary to demo and replace the existing metal roof with a metal Klip-Rib roof.

Shungnak, Alaska

Northwest Arctic School Borough District contracted with Bethel Services to complete this remote Alaskan school improvement. Project included interior remodel, exterior decking replacement, cabinetry installs, boiler system replacement, electrical upgrades, data cabling, and finish upgrades to classrooms and administrative offices. Key components of this project are extensive asbestos and chemical hazards removal and disposal.

McChord AFB, Washington

Bethel Services provided and installed a 100’ x 200’ pre-engineered metal building open on all sides with a standing seam metal roof. Provided asphalt patching, gutters and downspouts, new storm drain line and storm manhole. Project included to existing storm sewer, installation of 21 high bays, engineered fire detection and protection elements. Reconstructed fencing to keep area restricted.
